re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Yes, kent. Approved (guaranteed by the parent if our Stone subsidiary can't get the cash), but not yet placed- it was a reply to fitnfam, on the suggestion there would be some CRE share swap deal. That does seem implausible.

At the moment, we are trading on "promise" - on new management, cash injection of funds, no debt, etc- it makes the company "clean", if you will. Any future possibilities are unknown. We only have a market cap of a little overv $4m. This is an ultimately speculative share. It seems to be travelling ok in these very early days post-ANN.
