Better idea is to make investing in rental properties more feasible for professional corporations, by,
a) flat rate of land tax - across the country b) higher rates of tax on capital gains (or a very high super profit tax on increase in land value) c) lower rate of tax in rental income d) reduction/removal in Negative gearing.
Solar is not the answer, affordable rental properties is.
Time to give mum and dad punting property investors the boot for looking after the rental stock (The only reason they are there is because of the dud tax system)... its time to get the Pro's in...
