My understanding of mezzanine finance is that you only get to convert the options offered if the borrower doesnt or cannot repay the financed amount?EITHER WAY WE ARE very lucky to have a chartered accountant at the helm very clever move and debt free in a couple of years i would suspect.Another master stroke by John.If this isn't trading near a $1 within 12-18 months then i'll be extremely surprised and my broker will be sacked
