It's pretty fair for governments to have taxes on foreign entities using a country's resources. Native title is fair too, so the people on the land that becomes mined in another country, are compensated. Depending on one's perspective, this could be seen as "risk", or just the price one should pay when using land/resources all over the world. Many Aussie companies are seeing this as merely standard, and accept it.
