Ausheds: Yes, you do sound jaded, but that's understandable. There's a lot at stake, the wait has been long (and obviously isn't over yet), and the details to shareholders continues to be selective, sparse and unsatisfactory.

The reassurance you crave can only be supplied by SER management. Hopefully your phone call to the company will supply (or have supplied) the answer.

In the meantime, we all continue to piece together what we can about the deal and its participants, and come up with our own conclusions and theories. But, in the absence of substantial detail, that's all they can be taken for - theories. Others either agree or they don't.

We do agree on one thing though. It's worthwhile "hanging in there". Maybe Monday will reveal all. But on past evidence that of course is a big maybe.
