In view of the above do they think shareholders are suckers? The project is just TOO GOOD for TYC! How pathetic.
It's OK for them to raise capital and develop the project and "add value" but if TYC is involved we'll suddenly have "hostilities and terrorist activity" which have not occurred so far.
If they seriously believed "possible hostilities and terrorist activity as serious threats" they wouldn't be bidding.
