Just scratching around on the net to find some update about SER & MEGA, I found this from 2010

In particular and given that we are fast arriving to the proposed date for a merger of some form, I found this to be a particularly interesting sentence - Mega Graphite is presently working towards completing an initial public offering in the fourth quarter of 2010.
