I think $0.45 as Unions are hard nosed and will try very hard to ruin QANTAS. Unions will buckle as they are as smart as my 7 year old. I recently resigned from a contract in excess of $300,000 per annum as unions wanted me to pay double the award rate of pay. I had to terminate the staff, many jobs lost due to the UNIONS. In some cases, they are very good. In 99 percent of cases, they are fools.
I would suggest anyone paying union fees should invest this money in the market. What do they do for you? They ensure you lose your job through bullying and other.
