No problems John, I'm pretty sure we all feel the same way and that frustration shows in some of the posts, including mine.
The real guesswork here is does Mega have the asset base to make a valuation of $140M at market + $70M agreed value for Uley (our 30%).
I can't see a shred of solid evidence that Mega can justify anything like a $140M valuation.
The rest of the deal is really straight forward and shouldn't have too much trouble passing a vote. Mega just have to prove to the market, either by IPO or listed merger, that they can justify a total $210M valuation.
We live in hope.
