l totally agree ,,just sit back and pay people what they wish cost its businesses problem that government is a joke
l am sure most business owners would just pay up and wear it,,reality is you can only wear these costs so long, as l found out with my business,,the thing is instead of employing people and paying there wages and workers never happy as the cost of living was not enough to cover there extra luxurys. l scaled my business right back to rid myself of all these headaches,,its funny how workers only care about themselves never about the business itself,its time for workers to realizie its not a companies issue about house prices being high,food,electricity,petrol and the list can go on,,its the governments fault,,ask them why an aussie business has troubles finding supplies for there day to day running of there business while the chinese just buy all our materials at half the price
l understand the theory in general,,buy cheap and sell cheap,,the same products that where made here and sold perfectly fine before the governments made it impossible to compete with overseas products,,its going to happen everywhere unless some real government comes in and start thinking about aussie businesses in general,,l am amazed people are bagging the way they have gone about it,yes its a headache but it is a big wake up call for aussie workers who are over paid anyway when you consider a labourer with no skills attracts around 24 dollars an hour plus all the benefits and are still saying its not enough while they go service the newly 50,000 car in the shed,,back to basics l reckon as aussie workers dont realizie how good they have it,,15mins smokos,lunch break,tea break,public holidays,sick leave,penalties and the normal benefits super,workcover blah and more blah,,once they dont have a job let see them complain,,l had 20 staff and cut it down to 3 and still make better money and dont have to put up with the whinging ,,its not like business owners are not risking anything and dont have families to feed etc etc
l reckon more businesses should follow this type of action ,,maybe the government might think twice before half the crap they try to introduce,,wait 3 years from now when workers find it harder to pay bills,,then what
