FML SP has been underperforming for few months,
thus not much froth left at this stage. LT holders, left in FML, by now would have been quite used to madam's lashes and see beyond whats obvious(atleast we think we do :) ).
I don't see dramatic down side from here unless gold sector as a whole tanks.
They have aquired CRE with a bite of FML shares and minimal cash which I think is still a good value, though I feel they might have bitten more than they can chew but the game is not over yet, It has just begun.
As pinthoo mentioned FML is in groin period of growth phase which is always painful.
CRE is a risky asset at a cheaper price and if one believes in gold's potential to sustain (1.6+k/oz?) and see CRE aquisation in that light, it may make some sense.
I think FMLs mgmt is both aggressive and ambitious, but this comes at a price ie higher risks,
This whole game is about Risks and Rewrds and hey one can't overtake being on the same lane.
