I've not heard Leslie put $16 on EXT ( correct me if I'm wrong), but Hohnen certainly has, and it's this statement of his that places the onus on the Chinese to pay attention, and puts pressure on Hohnen not to accept an offer for KAH less than equivalent. It also puts a public price ticket on us. However, no one is under any obligation either way, and the Chinese can take their ball and go home if they want to. We'll see very soon.
