zachary l started first app in 1995 pay was 3.80 for first year apprenticeship no super nothing,you must own half of australia lol,,in 2000 from memory l think my fully qualified wage was $520 gross lol 360 clean,hence the reason for mowing some lawns on the weekend to buy some tools to stick in a shed and start my business on the side
l remember also having a brief job in an engineering shop working on cnc machines (human robot lol)best pay was 660 clean for 80 hours,,its amazing where we all come from,,if a small business has the right staff and can afford to pay top dollar thats great but with bigger businesses unfortunately even if you have great staff most dont get payed extra because all the bludgers would complain why are they not earning the same,,anyway starting to feel bad for the guy that qouted my grandma 75 an hour for weeding
l told him to get stuffed and went with my family and did it in 4 hours and saved my poor old grandma 450 which will probably go towards her rates of 1200 bucks which she gets to pay on top of her 140 a month private cover all n whatever the pension is 320 a week,,its a real strange world we live in these days ,,
