I have usually found on hotcopper people start talking about CR's to scare the punters into to selling their stock cheap to the punters that donot hold. Anyway i would have throught with $11.5 mil in the bank and 2QTs to DFS plus 12mts to come up with a JV or Takeoff partner they wouldnot need a CR's.?
