I'm sure if they could go 5 for 1 they would.
As stated previously, you can't have any listed options at less than a 20c exercise price on re-listing.
There are currently 1 cent listed options on the market.
I'm sure they don't want to do it, but from what I understand, and from what others have posted on here, I don't think they have a choice.
