yes rmcgraith today is not over yet and the year is not over either and it does contain lots of fridays,the point is this-people got in to the stock on the ann that a decision is iminent and they took a punt either way just on that,other ways they sit it out,now we all know that they never said that a decision was going to be positive but a decision was supose to be almost instant
