    Strategic Energy has now signed a revised Merger Implementation Deed, including all annexures, with a date of March 31, 2012 for MEGA to complete its TSX listing or contemplated merger with a listed entity.

    Sorry for continuing to harp on about this possible (maybe, maybe not, maybe)IPO.....I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light onto Mega's strategy, as it is a favourite promise of theirs.
