so there is a spare shortage? Not that they just sold off the spares and have them fitted elsewhere?
I understand what you're saying and if that's the case then I wouldn't think it's an acceptable or long term viable approach.
I was thinking why should I hold a clutch plate at home for when it wears out when I can let Ford take the inventory cost and just pay them to supply and fit it when I'm ready.
