That's an extremely biased view on reality, full of half truths and pejorative lines, such as,

"appalling mismanagement of a number of cases" - I think there are only two, so far, and I think we are still awaiting a report on all of the circumstances.

"a further 200 or so cases where human and legal rights may have been trampled on in her name." - where do they get this from? She's simply referred every case where a person was detained and subsequently found to be legal. They deal with over 80,000 people a year.

The article/opinion is a joke - is the whole paper a joke? I m not aware of it's standing.
