I'd say if Carbon Energy plead guilty and show genuine remorse for their stupid actions and show they've made a thorough effort to clean up any damaged caused by their stupidity along with prove they've put strict measures in place this will never be permitted to occur again, then I believe the magistrate will punished Carbon Energy with a fine of a lessor value than if they don't make every effort to portray the above. This will make the DERM happy they've done their job and teach Carbon Energy and any other if they're smart they can't take things with a grain of salt attitude but at the end of the day it's not going to stop Carbon Energy from being allowed to be granted the increase they've applied for.
