1. What happened to the reported M&G Investments' call for an EGM?. Did the three amigos already persuade them not to call for an EGM? Do you still have M&G's support?
2. What resolution(s) exactly will be proposed at the AGM to re-elect you? Who will call for them?
3. Are you now are NXS shareholder yourself?
4. What is the current status of your action against NXS?
5. What does the phrase "In the meantime, Nexus shareholders can submit a proxy vote for the AGM through – [email protected]." actually ,mean? It's just an email address. What would shareholders be voting for exactly and is it legally effective?
6. If the three amigos are voted out as directors, who do you proposed to replace them with?
