also given Qantas mgmt's action were specifically in relation to Qantas International and its profitability we know Qantas pilots have not been taking any industrial action that effected customers.
Baggage handlers have been taking industrial action but ask yourself this - How much does a baggage handlers wage impact on the profitability of Qantas International.
Who do people think are unloading Qantas planes in Bangkok, London, Africa etc etc... certainly not unionised employees in Sydney.
Who do people think are unloading Eithiad, Singapore Air, Cathay Pacific planes in Sydney.... how about Aust based baggage handlers being paid aust based wages.
