The following numbers maybe of interest.

Between the date of the Take Over offer (14/10/2011) and 31/10/2011 about 245.3 million shares have changed hands. This is about 9.9%.

Going back to 30/9/2011 - the date of the Infiniti placement - the numbers are 312 million or 12.6%.

If the whole lot since 30/9/11 ended up in LionGold's hands the outlay would have been about $4.7 million. Did they have that amount of cash? Bear in mind they are forking out dosh to our esteemed Directors & their weak kneed cronies for their 19.9%. And when does a Notice of Substantial Holding have to be filed?
