    1.5 is a great buy in level in my opinion. alot of HC'ers in here will agree.

    just waiting on that potential energy to transform into kinetic energy... pardon the lame sciencey metaphor. when Sultan goes off, it will go off. we've seen this already with the 4c region ~6 mths ago.
