Oops, I wrote my post in haste. On a reread of your post, high, I am still not sure about shareholders being able to appoint one Chairperson. There will be all different kinds of votes on the day- you'd have to have Chair for "yes" and Chair for "no"? What Rule/guideline are you referencing?
