help new managment needed mxr

I have had the misfortune of investing in this stock only to find posibly the most incompetent managment on the face of the planet.
If the directors had a ounce of integrity they would resign
and try to find someone with the ability to grow the company.
Someone with some form of mining experience to start with.
Someone who is willing to have a share of the company and be paid once it has been rebuilt.
