Barring a major unpleasant geopolitical surprise or similar, I would be highly surprised to see these ducks fall into line and still have a shareprice sub-30c by the end of January.
I have been reasonably impressed with the progress of the company this year - steadily going about their business, and achieving each of the targets that have been set: not a lot of fanfare, but definite progress is being made.
