Inst's won't accumulate stocks like POH on market, as it takes far too long for them to get a meaningful parcel, at the price they want.
Not that POH needs funds anymore, but insto's can only be attracted to stocks like POH via placements. Then it is sensible (critical) to offer them large illiquid parcels, that make them really want the stock, rather than small parcels which can flicked easily for a small profit. I suspect that is happening right now from the latest placement at 14c.
