However you can't compare ACL to other recent raises.....as the Conspiracy theory above suggests, there could be a little more reason behind the current SP.... Regardless of that, the likely hood of a cap raise type scenario was considered imminent by alot of holders. Concerns over funding trails has been whats holding the SP back......
