Yea helium2...Great post.I no longer read any news,tip sheets,analysts reports,articles or opinions on the economy,if I can go to a site such as Trading Economics and/or forexfactory and look at the charts myself and make up my own mind.Only way to trade is to have your own opinion and of course FOLLOW the Charts.....don't pre-empt them,as many do.

And why,what makes me ignore some of the so-called best brains in Finance and Economics.....well it's this....I read the book written by Alan Greenspan(The Age of Turbulance).....the so-called expert of all experts,someone who should have had his finger on the pulse,someone who should have seen all that was going on with the US economy.....and you know what,his book came out at the beginning of the GFC and not once did he mention the calamity to unfold,not once.In fact I recall he got up before Congress and admitted that he made a mistake.......and that, from the World's annointed number one economists.......so what hope has anyone got of calling the future......next to zero,if you ask me!
