Question is whether his own best interests have been looked after in deal struck versus ours....issue of selling out not in question...nature of deal and how it has been struck, including pre-bid agreements, placements etc is...

Your post was not exactly flattering for the action group in suggesting it was destroying value so if that is not an inflamatory comment then I would not have bothered commenting...

Well aware of reasons why SBL sp is where it is....takeover positive but it is also about assessing the value of this deal to player like LG with their Ghana ambitions and whether if they don't secure sufficient shares, whether they will make a better offer...

If you dismiss the latter as a possibility than you are clearly missing the bigger picture....

MW has his own reasons for selling and striking the deal he did as as you say he has in hands in many pies...I am personally interested in looking after my own interests and I am sure that I know more about SBL than you...that I am certain of...
