to me looks like an extroadinary deal at 7 times EBITDA.
Remaining businesses and big cuts in corporate expences make this look incredibly appealing to someone wanting to take out the remains. No debt and only $15 mill in earnouts left and $15 mill in cash at bank! Hard to work out ongoing EBITDA but still very appealing with Franking credit bank, tax losses to be used up and TLE and Naked turning back up. I hold infact added today! Only issue is about 80Mill shares out of escrow recently and plenty of stale bulls. But holders will win out in the end as will be taken out well above these levels IMO.
