in regards to the transparency issue maybe kmc is not allowed to disclose some cost due to a CA signed(i dont know if there was but im assuming) with Barrick?
im sure kmc is not the only co. that has there ore going thru barrick mill , barrick would not want other co. comparing cost against each other that would be a can of worms.
so to reduce cost kmc are building there own mill etc so they could offer better rates to the co. that are going thru barrick and reduce there own cost.
