The deal as originally envisaged will not proceed, surprised people still think it will when MMX stated they can't go in with it, no way will they be getting the original deal benefits when BFS says project is not viable, therefore question still remains what happens post OPR expiry date, one would expect that the board should be publicly advising shareholders in order to have an informed market which it does not have at moment as evidenced by some expecting terms of original deal to proceed when one party has thrown in the towel!
