Presumably it's in 2 tranches to keep under the 15% on the first one and then an EGM for T2. This could drag on for a while. If you are still watching I have 2 questions.
- Will the placement investors be forced to invest in T2 no matter what happens to the SP? i.e. any get-out clauses?
- Will the SPP be in 2 tranches?
