Sav-no,I do not believe this will put Novo under any pressure at all.They will make their decision the same as any other Pharma who may be interested based on the science not the man.Jones,and Funder have resigned due to the result of the proxies.It was stated in the CBio release that the directors (not subject to the proxy outcome) would walk if the new proposed directors were appointed to the Board.This has not happened yet and we shall see what happens at the EGM tomorrow.
