Its not as simple as that.

RCF director already director of MMX

RCF have a two funds who are already shareholders.

Not sure which fund has made the loan but the shares in lieu of interest pushed them over the 5% mark.

Loan gives them I assume some form of security over MMX assets which is beter position than just shareholder.

Loan protects investment I guess
