Seems the Stellar management calculator is broken so i thought i would do the maths for shareholders here (with help from CPDLC).
43.528m shares in SRZ equate to c. A$4.18m at current SP of 9.6c.
If SRZ shareholder approve then there will be 152.35m SRZ shares in issue and GIP's holding will equate to 28.57%.
So gip losses 30 percent of Heemskirk but gains 28.57 of SRZ including all its projects so is only really down 1.5% on Heemskirk for 28.5% of Stellar.
Not really a good deal for Gip as i doubt it will benefit from it stake and it would be better off if Stellar took Heemskirk to development.
Not even a good deal on the surface for Stellar shareholders more like just giving the company away.
