In a recent BRR webcast Steven Noskes words when discussing interested parties for sign on were "the names are the biggest you could imagine".
Tullow would certainly IMO be a looker.
When we had our recent seismic commissioned we took advantage of a vessel already in the area and said "while you're in the neighborhood..."
If our "major partner to be" is also already operating in the area, infrastructure for 3d and exploration wells should also be relatively available too IMO.
Impossible to guess on timeframes of course but you get my drift?
