    G'day doctornoh,

    ACL's oncology had no value attributed due to inability to fund it. CR changed that.
    The way I see the split is; extra costs/directors, extra dilution.
    The risk I see with the demerger is that the Fonda arm gets even more undervalued than it already is, as no money will be coming in for 6 months or so.
    The net result is likely to be lower overall value IMO.

    Happy to be wrong though.
