I find it quite strange/disturbing that a whole raft of investors and financiers and people close to the action all seem to have quite detailed information as to what the details of the TH actually are. It appears that the deals have been done shares have been allocated etc so why not make the release to the ASX so we can all rest easy over the weekend.........or at least work on the next conspiracy theory.

The deals are done, so in the traditional manner of the Corporate world do we now go and celebrate with a good lunch and let the peasants (who actually pay for the lunch) have the ANN just after closing time.

I am so glad that I can close my mind to all this sort of rubbish on the golf course this afternoon.
