I think Bill Wild has a very dumb and lazy strategy. If he can't herd his stray cats - let Cobra do it??? Also he is still competing with those who might place the largest orders with divisions of Hastie.

This will see Hastie raising capital again within two years, if they can get any.

I've had my cash on the sidelines waiting for a reason to go long - no reason to do so at the moment - in fact the opposite. I'll sort it next time it hits 14 cents, if I can find somebody to lend some stock again.

I want to see some divestments, and a move away from the dumb one stop shop strategy that has caused all of the problems. I want the focus to be excellence in their targetted divisions, so that they can win more business.

Hastie should be smaller (at least initially) and management needs to be more intimate with these divisions to make money.
