    The proposed directors were overwhelming voted in aprox 108 mill for 37 mill against.
    More importantly the vote in the room to support the motions was unanimus bar one.
    The fight to retake this company for the shareholders has just begun.
    The AGM will be extremely important in securing this new start for CBIOs bright future.
