Don't forget Fonda will likely be superseded within 7-10 years and revenues will cease.

I would prefer the opportunity to end up with a billion dollar company in 7-10 years, by spending money on the science rather than extra directors.

Even if the company stayed as it is and part of Fonda revenues are paid as a yearly dividend.

I see no benefit in the split...maybe I'm a dope.
