Shooska, I'm not sure exacly where the $70m figure came from but it sounds like a ball park number.
If needed it could be done for less with judicious use of secondhand gear. As an example this is being done at Carbine Tungsten. CGP I think. (They just changed names from III, Icon.)
We need to see how the finaincing ex- NMDC plays out. If our share price has risen then we can issue some equity. Plants are built in stages as well.
The processing shown is pretty basic. Recoveries could be improved with scavengers etc.
As pointed out it is low cost to produce. No blasting, No chemicals, No grinding.
It is also a mini-trump and fall back pos'n.to show we are not entirely dependent on NMBC.
