I also had neglected to take into consideration the major holding by Kahlbetzer, which you're right to point out is another avenue to tap for raising by equity, along with MAK.

Thanks for the heads up on interest from Brazil, that would be a great market to tap for Namphos. Maybe I should read the UCL threads and learn a bit, cheers.
