Anybody flick through the resolutions for the upcoming AGM? Number 3 has me concerned. Voting is required to allow for a capital raising as large as 50 million shares ...
Taking this one through to production with two mines is going to place unnecessary dilutionary pressure on the MAK SP. They will need to raise money to bring Wonarah through with NMDC, and as far as can be told from this constant devotion of resources to Sandpiper, also fund development of production capacity in Namibia.
Is it just me or is it crazy to try and develop two deposits at once when you have NO CASHFLOW?????
