I am usually an optimist but in this case I think that the only hostiles are disgruntled shareholders.

Ever since Chris dropped the $35 million surprise, the wind was taken from KMC sails and SP is drifting south.

The volume is unremarkable so it does not look like someone is accumulating a stake with hostile intentions.

Most holders adopted wait and see attitude IMO, with some deserting the fair ship KMC.

I do not see any pirates on the horizon nor an armada coming to rescue.

I do not know where the nautical flavor came from, maybe your reference to Niagara - The Thundering Waters?
