hey - have a look at some of the recent Beach ASX releases wrt their Paralana (i think) geothermal drill and fraccing.

they are deliberately doing testing and fraccing to cause seismic activity in their SA permit.

i think they are wanting to create fissures in the substrata.

so these "seismic" events are fairly normal i think.
many of them cannot be felt - they are measured by delicate instruments.

have a look at those announcements, and it gives some better info than in the media on what goes on.
