I was lucky that I sold out of my CFD positions last Monday morning, but unfortunately my request for them to transfer my funds to my nominated bank acc was not fulfilled.
I've been getting emails from the appointed administrators of MFGlobal. I've got two forms to sign 1) Informal proof of debt form. 2)and a form headed.. Appointment of proxy creditors meeting.
I dont understand alot of the jargon that has come from the administrators and I will be seeking legal advise on where I stand. I don't really want to sign anything I don't understand!!
Basically at the moment MFGlobal is holding $$$$$ of my cash and I have no open CFD positions.
